Jobgether is seeking a Customer Support Agent based in the Netherlands to deliver exceptional service for our SaaS sales outreach platform. You will assist an international user base via live chat and email, guide onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and capture customer feedback.

Join a fast-paced, remote team and help customers maximize value while collaborating with Product and Engineering. Availability to work 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Kyiv time is required, with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Advanced written English proficiency (C1).
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High sense of ownership and accountability.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and remote collaboration.
• Available to work 4:00 PM–12:00 AM Kyiv time, Mon–Fri, with occasional weekends.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries via live chat and email with prompt, clear solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases.
• Guide new users through onboarding and feature use.
