Jobgether is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for an evening schedule based in the Netherlands. You will deliver tailored support to Bronze VIP users, promote platform activities, and work with internal teams to enhance retention and engagement from a remote, international team.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, customer focus, and the ability to reach KPIs while providing proactive service and feedback to improve user experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalized support to Bronze VIP users in the Netherlands.
• Assist retention initiatives and communicate platform features and promotions.
• Gather feedback from Bronze VIP customers to improve satisfaction.
• Work toward KPIs with consistent, professional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.
• Follow a fixed Monday–Friday evening schedule from 18:00 to 02:00 Kyiv time (7 hours).
