Jobgether is seeking a technically skilled i2nd Level Supporter - E-banking for a remote freelance role in the Netherlands. You will handle advanced troubleshooting for e-banking platforms, support customers in German and French, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve incidents promptly.

Qualifications
- Several years of experience in technical customer support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
- Good to very good understanding of IT security, IAM, 2FA/MFA and directory services.
- Experience with structured troubleshooting, log analysis, remote-support tools, and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with internet service providers’ products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level technical support for digital banking services.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents affecting banking apps.
- Manage incident and problem tickets with timely follow-up and resolution.
- Provide telephone-based support in German and French.
- Handle requests via phone, email, and remote-access tools per SLAs.
