Job summary

Grafham Walbancke is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new-logo wins for a SaaS logistics platform in the Netherlands/Benelux. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contracts, engaging directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams.

You'll target logistics, warehousing and transport customers, build a strong pipeline, and close ARR with substantial uncapped variable earnings. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B enterprise software / SaaS sales.
• Strong record of winning new logos.
• Experience selling into logistics or supply-chain organisations.
• Confidence managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline and closing skills.
• Commercial discipline around CRM and forecasting.
• Fluent Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, build pipeline and win new customers.
• Own the sales process from first contact through to signed contract, working directly with the CEO and supported by marketing, demand generation and pre-sales.
• Help refine the target market, influence the sales approach and build the new-business operation.
• Build pipeline. Win new logos. Close ARR.
