Innovo Global Talent, a leading provider in industrial automation, seeks an Netherlands OEM Key Account Manager to drive growth with OEM clients in the Netherlands and Europe. You will identify opportunities, nurture key relationships, and promote automation solutions across drives, motion control, and PLC systems.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, fluency in Dutch and English, and the ability to work autonomously while aligning with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in within the industrial automation sector, particularly with OEM clients.
• Strong knowledge of automation, drives, motion, control, PLC, and servo systems.
• Experience working with brands such as Lenze, Siemens, SEW-Eurodrive, Danfoss, Bosch, Rexroth, Mitsubishi Electric, Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, or ABB.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with corporate strategic objectives.
• Proven success in expanding market share and developing new business opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Drive business growth within the OEM sector by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships with key clients.
• Develop strategic partnerships and promote automation solutions such as drives, motion control, and PLC systems to meet OEM client needs.
• Expand the company’s footprint within the Netherlands and wider European markets by collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored automation solutions that boost client productivity.
