Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Netherlands to lead and grow our Geared Motors portfolio across BeNeLux. You will manage relationships with key accounts, support customers, and translate technical needs into commercial opportunities.

You will work closely with our technical experts and international factories, enjoying autonomy, strong support, and a flexible office/home setup. Candidates with an engineering and sales background, strong English, and a customer‑oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Experience in technical sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand our Geared Motors business in Netherlands.
• Build long-term relationships with partners, OEMs, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute the commercial strategy.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Configure and select Geared Motors using internal tools.
• Collaborate with factories and internal support functions.
• Handle customer escalations when required.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and growth areas.
• Promote digital tools and e-commerce solutions to customers.
