Job summary

Hanwha Vision Europe Limited seeks a Business Development Manager for the Netherlands in the security IP video domain. You will originate, develop, and close opportunities, shape regional strategy, and drive revenue growth through end-user and consultant engagement.

Based in the Benelux region with extensive travel, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to strengthen market positioning and long-term success in a competitive CCTV market.

Qualifications

Experience in CCTV and electronic security technologies.
Understanding of network video systems and related technologies.
Strong sales, relationship-building and communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers.
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and influencing decision-makers.
Lead strategic sales planning with market insight and cross-functional teams.
Provide market intelligence and recommendations on product positioning and GTM.
Engage with major system integrators and key accounts at senior level.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
Support product launches, customer events and marketing initiatives.
Manage margins, forecasting, budgets and target achievement.
