Job summary

Ohme Netherlands is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to grow the distribution sales channel from Zwolle, with a hybrid office presence (3 days in the office). You will identify opportunities, build strong distributor and reseller relationships, and collaborate with a global Sales Leadership team to expand market presence in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development, sales or partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Netherlands EV charging ecosystem.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development across the Netherlands and work with Sales Leadership.
• Identify and close opportunities with installers, distributors and partners.
• Manage the sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
• Work toward sales targets for Ohme EV charging solutions.
• Support partnerships to strengthen go-to-market in the Netherlands.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hardware, software and services.
