Job summary

GE HealthCare in the Netherlands seeks a Country Sales Manager for Diagnostic Imaging to lead sales strategy across CT, MR, X-ray and molecular imaging. You will guide a team, drive growth, and shape customer outcomes by aligning market insights with strategic priorities.

You will build trusted relationships with hospitals and networks, manage complex negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Significant B2B sales experience within medical technology.
• Experience in diagnostic imaging and/or medical capital equipment is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Diagnostics Imaging sales strategy for the Netherlands, driving order, revenue and margin objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop three direct reports while fostering collaboration across the wider matrix organization.
• Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with hospitals, academic medical centers, healthcare networks and purchasing organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity development through tenders, negotiations and contract closure.
• Establish clear account strategies and priorities based on customer needs and market developments.
• Maintain strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Lead complex negotiations involving clinical, technical, financial and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing, service, finance, modality teams and regional leadership to identify growth opportunities.
