Murphy is recruiting the first on-the-ground leader in The Netherlands to drive market entry and establish Murphy’s AI voice agents for debt collection. You will own the local strategy, build the pipeline with banks and lenders, and lead early customer engagements to prove product-market fit in a regulated environment.

The role requires a non-technical founder or head of sales with a proven track record selling complex products to financial institutions, and you will be based in The Netherlands,

Qualifications

• Founding experience or leading sales in a tech company.
• Experience selling complex products to banks or in regulated environments.
• Based in The Netherlands with native fluency.

Responsabilités

• Open the market: identify banks and lenders, build the pipeline.
• Unlock Mid-Market and test GTM motions to scale playbook.
• Learn the domain quickly, understand collections operations and local regulation.
