Job summary

Phone Assistant in the Netherlands is hiring a results-driven sales professional to own the commercial process over the phone. You will approach prospects, present our AI phone assistant clearly, and close on the call.

You will work in our own CRM with auto-loaded leads, have flexible hours and remote options, and receive training, onboarding, and clear sales scripts to accelerate growth in the Dutch market. Fluency in Dutch is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and strong phone communication are essential.
• Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to close deals independently without long approvals.
• Motivation and communication weigh more than prior sales experience.
• You live in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Call prospects, cold and warm.
• Present our AI phone assistant clearly and professionally.
• Answer questions, handle objections and close on the call.
• Work in our CRM where leads arrive automatically.
• Spot commercial openings and feed insights back to the team.
• Help Bubo grow in the Dutch market.
