Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to own day-to-day performance across shifts, implement data-driven KPIs, and translate insights into on-floor actions that improve safety, quality and productivity. You will lead multiple teams, manage incidents and planning, and drive Lean initiatives to ensure high-volume fulfilment runs smoothly across our Netherlands sites.

Location-flexible across Picnic sites with a fast‑growing, scale‑up atmosphere and strong development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience.
• Experience handling high-volume, high-SKU workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in automated/semi-automated/manual fulfilment.
• Proven ability to lead teams.
• Location flexible across multiple Picnic sites in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive process improvements.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of your area (inbound or outbound).
• Lead teams across multiple shifts and ensure safety and productivity.
• Handle major incidents, plan escalations, and manage productivity inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean activities.
