Job summary

PC Specialist Ltd in the Netherlands (Heerlen) is seeking multilingual Customer Service Agents to join our service center. You will provide professional technical support, sales assistance, and aftersales support to customers, via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements include basic knowledge of computer components, familiarity with Windows, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. English is the primary language; multiple languages are welcome in our multicultural team.

Qualifications

Customer service experience, preferably via phone and emails.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of current computer components and configuration.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
Punctuality, reliability, flexibility, and genuine care for customers.

Responsibilities

Provide professional technical support, sales assistance, and aftersales support to customers.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Accurately process customer information in our administrative system, including order management and credit notes.
Guide payments and refunds as necessary.
Collaborate with our production and administration departments when required.
Monitor and report customer satisfaction levels.
