Job summary

PC Specialist Ltd is expanding its Service Support Center in the Netherlands and is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service and Support agents to join the team in Heerlen. The role focuses on providing professional technical support, sales assistance, and aftersales service to customers.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, process orders and refunds in the administrative system, and collaborate with production and administration to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of current computer components and configuration.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Customer service experience, preferably via phone and email.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical support, sales assistance, and aftersales support to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Accurately process customer information in our administrative system, including order management and credit notes.
• Guide processing payments and refunds as necessary.
• Collaborate with our production and administration departments when required.
• Monitor and report customer satisfaction levels.
