Job summary

Breitling is seeking an e-Boutique Client Advisor in Lijnden (Amsterdam) to join a multilingual squad. You will help clients through online purchases, inbound calls, live chats, and email responses, becoming an expert on the brand and its timepieces.

You’ll engage with luxury customers across German and English, with French/Italian/Spanish as a plus. The role emphasizes relationship-building, knowledge expansion, and meeting qualitative & quantitative targets within a small team.

Qualifications

• First professional experiences in luxury retail sales and/or after-sales experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages (French, Italian, or Spanish) a strong plus.
• Passion for luxury environments and brand history.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in online purchases and inquiries via calls, chats, and email.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure first-call resolution and personalized service.
• Build sustainable relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences to Breitling clients.
