Job summary

Breitling, a premier Swiss luxury watchmaker, seeks a seasoned Lead e-Commerce EMEA & Managing Director BEU for a temporary mission in the Amsterdam area (Lijnden). You will drive premium online growth, lead diverse teams, and align digital initiatives with global strategy.

Reporting to the Global Head of eCommerce & Digital Engagement, you will manage budgets, coordinate cross-market launches, optimize performance, and strengthen partnerships to expand brand presence in Europe.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a senior e-commerce, digital commerce, business development or commercial leadership role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and organizations.
• Strong understanding of online commercial performance, customer journeys, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition and market expansion.
• Experience managing complex digital projects across multiple markets and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local organization, setting strategic priorities and objectives, developing teams, and ensuring strong operational and commercial performance.
• Own the e-commerce budget/targets across EMEA and SEA, identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement new sales plans, improve e-commerce processes, tools and customer journeys.
• Lead e-commerce logistics and operational excellence to support growth.
• Develop plans to expand online presence into new markets and support launches.
• Steer e-commerce stock planning and product lifecycle management across markets.
• Maintain strong partner relationships across payments, logistics, platforms, and other areas.
• Oversee multilingual Customer Service Teams (Amsterdam and Hong Kong) ensuring premium customer experiences.
