Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Amsterdam is seeking a Client Advisor who builds and maintains strong client relationships through phone and web channels, delivering the highest level of service and helping to develop sales.

You will be the expert on Maison products and e-retail procedures, drive outbound clienteling, handle inbound inquiries, and collaborate with the Boutique network to ensure a seamless luxury experience for every client.

Qualifications

• Native-level German language skills; excellent customer service abilities.
• Strong sales skills and ability to close sales.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Proficient computer literacy and data entry.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Advise, sell & clientel client relations.
• Drive sales through professional client interactions meeting targets.
• Handle inbound calls, emails & social media with timely responses.
• Develop outbound clienteling actions to grow your portfolio.
• Process orders by phone with data entry in CRC systems.
• Maintain product knowledge and Maison expertise.
