• Fluent Dutch and English for advising international customers; other languages are a plus.
• Customer experience matters; passion for selling luxury products.

Responsibilities

• Outgoing, customer-focused; strengthen customer relationships with first-class consultations.
• Shine in all interactions—from consultation to sales to small repairs on site.
• Be a professional point of contact for after-sales topics beyond store visits.
• Ensure first-class processing of repairs, coordinating with the technical team for returns.
