Job summary

Louis Vuitton seeks a Client Advisor to be the store ambassador, ensuring every Client is treated per the brand promise and guided across all categories. You will welcome clients, advise across the Brand, and build long-term relationships to foster loyalty while driving sales results.

Strong English is required and Dutch is preferred; weekend availability is expected as part of a dynamic team delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

Passion for the Brand: genuine enthusiasm and affinity for Louis Vuitton and its values.
Professional Attitude & Team Spirit: supportive, cooperative, and client-focused behavior.
Responsibility & Ownership: accountable for tasks and outcomes in-store operations.
Strong English: excellent spoken and written English communication.
Dutch preferred: capability to engage with Dutch-speaking clients is a plus.
Weekend availability: able to work on Saturdays/Sundays as required.

Responsibilities

Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience.
Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories.
Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging Clienteling tools.
Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to store objectives.
Learn and master Brand and product knowledge.
