Your future Team:

We are a team of 6 Breitling e-Boutique Client Advisors reporting to the e-Boutique Client Advisor Team Lead.

We are currently looking for another colleague who speaks French and Spanish to join our multilingual Team in Lijnden, Netherlands. This role is more than just an e-Boutique Client Advisor position; it involves building strong, lasting relationships with our customers and creating memorable stories with us.

Your contribution:

1. Assist clients in their online purchase journey.
2. Handle inbound calls, live chats, and provide written responses via email.
3. Identify customer needs and liaise with internal teams to ensure first call resolution.
4. Continuously update product knowledge and act as a brand expert.
5. Meet personal and team qualitative & quantitative targets.
6. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by exceeding expectations.
