Job summary

Breitling located on P.C. Hooftstraat in Amsterdam seeks a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and uphold boutique standards. You will build a loyal customer base, capture data for personalized follow-up, participate in events, and deepen product knowledge through trainings.

You will engage with discerning clients, maintain visual merchandising, and assist management in health and safety. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, and prior luxury retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory).
• Solid experience in sales, preferably in luxury jewelry or watches.
• Proficient with digital communication and social media tools.

We are currently looking for our next colleague to complete our squad! You will work at P.C. Hooftstraat. It's more than a Sales Associate role, it's a role in which you'll have the opportunity to share all your Breitling's knowledge and to show the exceptional work of our watchmakers.

Your contribution:

• You will build and retain a loyal customer base by offering a superior customer service & experience
• You will ensure boutique standards are consistently maintained with a focus on cleanliness and an appealing appearance
• You will capture meaningful customer data to create professional relationships and to personalize future opportunities
• You will attend ad-hoc client and company events
• You will extend product knowledge through proactive research and participate in trainings
• You will proactively follow industry news, technology, and key market competitors
• You will assist the Boutique Management to uphold and maintain health and safety requirements
• You will respond and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathic manner
• You will apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines
• You will maintain back of house stock storage organization

You will fit well to our squad if:

• You have solid experience in sales area; jewelry/fashion/luxury watch industry domains are preferred
• You are fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory)
• You are detail-oriented and accurate, able to interact with people from different cultures
• You are proficient in digital communication and social media applications
• You present courteous behavior in a service-oriented environment
• You have developed excellent listening skills and you can adapt to situations with "multitasking" attitude
• You are strong on selling techniques to appeal to any customer's need
• You are able to guarantee an impeccable after sales service in line with company standards
