The role offers hybrid work across Amsterdam, London and remote options in Germany, with 24-40 hour patterns. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, German and Danish are a plus, and prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English; German and Danish speakers also welcome.
• Background in a customer-focused role is a plus.
• Experience supporting customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
