Job description

Overview

Customer Delight Medewerker role at Bloom & Wild. You will support both bloomon and Bloom & Wild brands (based in London or Amsterdam) and provide exceptional service to customers in Dutch and English.

What you’ll do

• Actively engage with customers via multiple channels in Zendesk, resolve questions and issues, and coordinate with colleagues via Slack
• Attend company and team meetings, share feedback with colleagues, and meet with your manager to discuss performance and growth opportunities
• Work shifts between 09:00 and 22:30, Monday to Sunday, with flexibility to meet business needs, including holidays
• Commit to at least one evening shift per week (evening deliveries are Wed–Fri) and be available on weekends according to a fixed pattern

Who you are (qualifications)

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch (fluent) and English, as you’ll support customers in both languages
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Comfort with achieving quality and productivity targets
• Empathetic, customer-focused, and able to think in a solutions-oriented way
• Proactive with a can-do attitude
• Available part-time or full-time (32 hours or more)
