Senior Last Mile Logistics Coordinator – Amsterdam, Netherlands

The Logistics Team is one of three core operational sub‑teams, working closely across brands and locations. Your role will focus on the daily operations and performance of the dedicated delivery fleet in the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark, and also support delivery operations in Germany.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the point of contact for logistics partners in the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark
- Own partner forecasting and route planning, ensuring on‑time, issue‑free deliveries
- Drive continuous improvements in routing to reduce delivery costs
- Collaborate with the Customer Delight Team to enhance processes and customer experience
- Manage shipping set‑up in our internal backend system, scheduling banks holidays and coordinating peak periods
- Support trials of new activities, run experiments and measure impact alongside BI and Commercial teams
- Serve as the primary contact in Germany on Thursdays and Fridays when the Germany Logistics Manager is out
- Manage transports between our warehouses in the Netherlands, France and UK, and organise special deliveries for events and campaigns
Why we love this role
- At least 2 + years of experience in a similar operations or customer service role, preferably at a high‑growth startup
- Strong communicator, confident working with external partners and internal teams
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and eager to develop basic formula skills further
- Adaptable and effective even when priorities shift in a fast‑paced environment
- Sharp eye for detail and pride in doing things right
- Must have: fluent Dutch and English language skills
- Role requires at least 3 days onsite (1 day at the Amstelveen warehouse: Meerlandenweg 40)
