Job summary

Savoy Hotel Rotterdam, part of Leonardo Hotels, seeks a Breakfast Employee to greet guests, restock, and serve croissants and cappuccino in the morning. You will ensure the breakfast area is welcoming and assist with lunch prep for colleagues.

You should have at least two years in hospitality, receptionist experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. Early shifts and travel flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Guest-first mindset.
• Flexible, energetic and calm in any situation.
• Experience as a receptionist; F&B experience is a plus.
• Able to work well independently and in a team.
• Proactive, responsible and a real go-getter.
• Experience with reservation systems and first aid is an advantage.
• Fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least two years of hospitality experience.
• Able to travel to work at all times.

Responsibilities

• Open the breakfast restaurant early, check event schedule and restock as needed.
• Set tables, ensure cleanliness, and serve croissants and cappuccino to guests.
• Engage with guests and share local tips about Amsterdam.
• Prepare everything for the next day and arrange lunch for colleagues in the canteen.
