Job summary

Savoy Hotel Rotterdam, part of Leonardo Hotels Benelux, is seeking a guest-focused Host to manage check-ins, reservations, and inquiries with a friendly, proactive approach.

You will assist guests at the front desk, support breakfast service, handle luggage, and help maintain a welcoming lobby. Fluent Dutch and English are required; additional languages are a plus.

Two years of hospitality experience preferred; EU citizenship or valid NL work permit required.

Qualifications

• Guest-first mindset and hospitality approach.
• Flexible, energetic, and calm under pressure.
• F&B experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs and inquiries.
• Make recommendations and take reservations.
• Handle calls and room reservation requests.
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure a warm farewell.
• Support breakfast service and help in the lobby when needed.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
