Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Senior Director, EMEA Professional Services to own strategy, execution, and the profitable growth of a $100M+ services portfolio. You will lead 150+ professionals across the region, moving toward a services-led, outcome-driven engagement model that expands fee-based consulting and advisory.

Reporting to the VP/GM, you will partner with sales and delivery leadership to shape demand, build repeatable plays, and accelerate value realization while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in Professional Services or consulting within enterprise technology.
• Proven experience owning and growing a services P&L, including bookings and margin.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and customer-facing leadership.
• Experience leading matrixed, global organizations and driving transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the EMEA Professional Services business, including strategy, execution, and operating cadence to deliver profitable growth across bookings, revenue, and margin.
• Scale fee-based consulting and advisory services that engage before product decisions—shaping customer vision and value realization.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering to build services pipeline, repeatable plays, and increased attach and pull-through.
• Develop and evolve the services portfolio (offer packaging, pricing, and messaging) to reduce reliance on low-value, product-tied services.
• Lead a distributed organization of leaders, consultants, and delivery teams; coach talent and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through standardized methods, governance, and risk management.
• Align with Worldwide Professional Services and Operations to scale best practices.
• Represent Professional Services in executive engagements and strategic account planning.
