Job summary

NetApp is seeking a senior leader to drive AI solution architecture and business development across EMEA/LATAM. You will lead teams to shape AI data infrastructure propositions, build strategic partnerships, and push scalable growth in a fast-moving market.

You will steer cross-functional initiatives with R&D, sales, and partners to define reference architectures, govern AI workloads, and increase bookings and revenue.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology including strategic and people leadership, with 5+ years managing people.
• A record of creating pipeline in a new or emerging segment, with the numbers and the plays behind it.
• Real fluency in the AI infrastructure stack, deep enough to set a bar rather than repeat one.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Solution Architects and AI business development across EMEA/LATAM.
• Define and scale AI value propositions with cross-functional teams.
• Build and optimize the AI sales pipeline to improve win rate and AI bookings.
