Microsoft AI Specialist - AI Agents & Microsoft AI Stack

Location: Aalsmeer, Netherlands (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to design, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions using Microsoft's AI platform.

This is a highly customer-facing role where you'll work directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, run discovery workshops, design solutions, and build intelligent AI Agents that solve real business challenges.

You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, helping customers move from AI strategy and use case identification through to implementation and adoption.

The position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining consulting, stakeholder engagement, solution design, and hands-on delivery within the Microsoft ecosystem.

A significant focus of the role will be the design and development of AI Agents that can automate business processes, interact with enterprise data, support decision-making, and improve organisational productivity.

• Strong experience within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and AI Agent development
• Experience designing and delivering customer-facing technology solutions
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
• Experience gathering requirements and defining solution designs
• Consultancy experience or customer-facing project delivery experience
• Understanding of Power Platform and Microsoft cloud technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills
• Microsoft Copilot implementation experience
• Azure AI and Azure AI Foundry experience
• Experience building conversational AI solutions and virtual agents
• Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Dynamics 365 CE, Business Central, or ERP/CRM transformation experience
• Microsoft Fabric experience
• Experience integrating AI solutions with business applications and enterprise data platforms
• Experience supporting pre-sales and solution design activities
