DataLane is hiring an AI/Agentic Developer to design and build agents and ML apps that run inside client processes. You’ll deploy on Azure, working with consultants to transform process insights into production-ready solutions with guardrails and monitoring.

You will operate close to clients and code, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and clear explanations of technical choices to non-technical stakeholders across NL, DE and IT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building software in Python (and/or .NET).
• Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG or ML.
• Familiarity with Azure and the Microsoft AI stack.
• You ship to production and care about reliability.
• Able to explain technical choices to a non-technical client.

You’ll design, build and ship the AI agents and ML applications that act inside our clients’ processes — on Microsoft, Azure and leading LLMs — and keep them reliable in production.

What this role looks like.

As an AI / Agentic Developer you build the software that acts on what process mining uncovers. Where an analysis shows that thousands of invoices are touched by hand every month, you are the one who builds the agent that handles them, and who makes sure it keeps working once it is live.

You work close to the client and close to the code: shaping the solution with our consultants, building it on Azure and the Microsoft AI stack, and taking it all the way into production with the guardrails, monitoring and human-in-the-loop checks that enterprises rightly insist on.

What you bring

• 3+ years building software in Python (and/or .NET)
• Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG or ML
• Familiarity with Azure and the Microsoft AI stack

• Pragmatic about human-in-the-loop and guardrails
• Able to explain technical choices to a non-technical client
• Fluent English; Dutch, German or Italian a plus
