Job summary
Next Force Recruitment is seeking a Functional Consultant skilled in Microsoft AI technologies to design, build and implement AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients in Amsterdam. You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and the broader Microsoft AI stack.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure services.
- Experience designing and implementing technical solutions.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations and automation workflows.
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft AI and Copilot solutions for enterprise customers.
- Develop and configure solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
- Build AI-driven applications, agents and automations using Microsoft's AI stack.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectures.
- Integrate Microsoft AI solutions with existing business applications and data sources.
- Support proof of concepts, pilots and production deployments.
- Advise customers on best practices, security, governance and adoption.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide solution guidance.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants and international delivery teams.
- Contribute to internal innovation initiatives, accelerators and reusable IP.
