Job summary

Next Force Recruitment is recruiting an Azure AI Developer to design and build cloud-native AI applications using Azure AI services. You will create AI agents and copilots, develop retrieval pipelines, and shape scalable architectures in collaboration with Azure engineers.

The role focuses on secure, scalable AI platforms with strong emphasis on best practices in API design, CI/CD, and cloud engineering. International collaboration and a fast-growth environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services (including Azure OpenAI).

Our client is a fast-growing Microsoft Data & AI scale-up that has recently secured a strong new round of funding to accelerate its growth.

With teams based in Amsterdam and Dubai, they work across the Microsoft AI ecosystem to deliver Copilot adoption programmes, sector-specific IP, custom AI solutions, governance frameworks, and advanced training.

A hybrid working model offers flexibility, including the opportunity to collaborate in the Amsterdam office twice per week.

The Role

We are looking for an Azure AI Developer to join the Pro Code Development Stream.

In this role, you will design and build advanced AI agents, cloud-native services, retrieval pipelines, vector-based search systems, and custom copilots using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and modern engineering frameworks.

You will contribute to both internal accelerators and customer-facing solutions, working closely with low-code specialists and Azure engineers to create secure, scalable, and high-performing architectures.
