Job summary

R2 Global in Aalsmeer, Netherlands, is seeking an experienced AI Consultant to design, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions on Microsoft’s AI platform. The role focuses on designing AI Agents, automating business processes, and delivering customer-centric AI strategies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, run workshops, and guide adoption from strategy to implementation within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agent development.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technology solutions.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and defining solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and AI strategy discussions.
• Identify opportunities for AI adoption across customer organisations.
• Design and build AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft's AI Platform.
• Develop Operational Agents, Data Agents, and business process automation solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Design conversational AI experiences and intelligent workflows.
• Deliver solutions leveraging Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
• Integrate AI Agents with enterprise systems including Dynamics 365, Business Central, Fabric, and Azure.
• Support customers through AI adoption, governance, and change management initiatives.
• Work closely with architects, consultants, and technical teams to deliver successful solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, workshops, demonstrations, and client presentations.
• Contribute to internal AI best practices, frameworks, and innovation initiatives.
