Job summary

• Several years of AI adoption/change management experience.

• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, data quality and AI-related risks.
• Experience developing adoption strategies and change programs.
• Knowledge of ADKAR change management.
• Familiarity with privacy, information security, compliance and AI governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication at all levels.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical implementation.

Responsibilities

Job description

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced AI Adoption Lead to support the organisation-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI solutions.

The assignment focuses on translating AI capabilities into practical business applications, driving user adoption and ensuring AI becomes an integral part of everyday workflows.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, security and compliance teams to develop and execute an effective AI adoption approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an AI adoption strategy, with an initial focus on Microsoft Copilot.
• Identify, assess and prioritise AI use cases across business functions.
• Coordinate change management activities, including communication, training, coaching and user enablement.

Required Experience:

• Several years of experience in AI adoption, change management, IT consulting or digital transformation.
• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and preferably Copilot Studio.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, data quality and AI-related risks.
• Experience developing and executing adoption strategies and change management programmes.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR.
• Familiarity with privacy, information security, compliance and AI governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at both operational and management levels.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical implementation.
• HBO/WO-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months, extension possible
• Location: Southern Netherlands
• Working arrangement: Hybrid, 2 days on-site / 2 days remote
