Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Fluent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment platforms and other channels.
• Review CVs and conduct initial screening and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
