• Fluent English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing European team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will support the recruitment of talents across the Netherlands and other European markets, with a primary focus on commercial, clinical, technical, and corporate positions.

This is a hands‑on recruitment role suitable for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop their career in an international and fast‑growing medical technology / surgical robotics company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment platforms, and other talent channels.
• Review CVs and conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, profiles, and recruitment priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS / HR system.
• Support employer branding and other recruitment‑related projects when needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience, preferably with experience in the Netherlands.
• Previous recruitment experience in medical devices, healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Good understanding of the recruitment process and candidate management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast‑paced and international environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication skills, Dutch is a plus.
