ViCentra B.V., home of Kaleido, seeks an experienced regional sales professional to expand market share in the Netherlands. You will manage relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors and end‑users, train on products, and drive strategies with Sales and Marketing to deliver growth and strong customer experiences.

You will maintain market knowledge, collaborate cross‑functionally, and manage distributor contracts to achieve long‑term partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Healthcare Management or Life/Medical Sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device/pharmaceutical/MedTech sales with a proven track record.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to implement the National sales strategy in your region.
• Maintain an up-to-date regional account plan and present monthly to the Country Director NL & France.
• Provide training of company product(s) to HCPs, distributors and end-users as needed.
• Act as a driver for a positive customer experience with HCPs and maintain product/market knowledge.
• Collaborate with peers and inside sales specialists; support distributor business plans and contracts in your region.
