Job summary

ViCentra in Utrecht is seeking a Marketing Director, EMEA, to lead the European marketing function for the Kaleido hybrid closed loop insulin patch system and its digital health ecosystem. You will craft pan-EU strategy and build a high-performing country marketing team across Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

This role combines strategic vision, people leadership, and hands-on execution in medical devices and digital health as ViCentra expands into Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EU-wide marketing in MedTech or healthcare.
• Strong leadership with ability to build high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the EU marketing strategy for Kaleido across DACH, FR NL, and pipeline markets.
• Lead integrated campaigns targeting HCPs, patients, and payers, aligning with product roadmap and regulatory timelines.
• Grow the EU marketing team by recruiting country leads.
• Ensure brand consistency and manage pan-EU assets and digital presence.
• Oversee market entry in new EU markets and partner with Sales and Market Access.
• Lead EU digital marketing including website, CRM, email, SEO/SEA and social media.
• Provide insights from market intelligence to senior leadership.
