Job summary

ViCentra B.V. is seeking an Account Manager for the southern Netherlands to drive sales of its MedTech products.

You will develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors, promote the national sales strategy, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include training HCPs and distributors, maintaining market knowledge, leading regional plans, and collaborating with inside sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or MedTech sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong relationship-building and strategic account management skills
• Experience training and supporting healthcare professionals and distributors
• Deep market knowledge and customer-focused approach
• Ability to develop regional plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and execution of the national sales strategy and activities in your region
• Provide training on company products to relevant HCPs, distributors and end users when needed
• Act as a key driver in working with HCPs to ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain product and market knowledge
• Proactively collaborate with peers and inside sales specialists
• Support the development, negotiation and implementation of distributor business plans, contracts, strategic requirements and business objectives in your region
• Take the lead in resolving account issues and complaints
• Maintain an up-to-date strategic regional account plan and present it monthly to the Country Director for the Netherlands and France
