Job summary

Unilever offers a Marketing Intern position in Rotterdam, where you will work with experienced marketers on brand development, campaigns, and consumer engagement across digital, retail and experiential channels. You will gain hands‑on exposure to the full marketing process while contributing to real business growth.

Available for 5–6 months starting February–March 2027, with 32–40 hours per week, on-site 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch university (Bachelors/Master)
• Available for 5–6 months starting February–March 2027 (min 32–40 hours/week)
• On-site Rotterdam Office 2–3 days/week
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Support brand development, innovation, communications, consumer engagement and business growth across multiple channels.
• Contribute to planning and execution of marketing campaigns and activations.
• Analyze consumer, shopper and market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to strengthen brand performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Digital Marketing.
