Job summary

Unilever, Rotterdam, is offering a Customer Development Internship designed to build hands-on experience in FMCG commercial planning and execution. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Category Management teams to support customer partnerships and drive growth across multiple channels.

You’ll gain exposure to real-world business challenges, develop analytical skills using performance data, and participate in the planning and execution of promotional calendars.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch university and pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or HBO program.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with good communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Support customer partnership development and drive growth across channels and customers.
• Analyze sales, promo and category data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with planning, execution and calendars for promotions and activations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Sales to support business priorities.
• Contribute to customer presentations, reviews and commercial analyses.
