Job summary

Unilever Netherlands invites a Trade Marketing & Field Sales Intern to support in-store campaigns and activations across the Netherlands from our Rotterdam office. You will work with Field Sales, Trade Marketing, Data & Operations and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed in stores.

The role offers hands-on experience in retail execution, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with coaching from experienced colleagues and exposure to major retailers.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch university (HBO, Bachelor 3rd/4th year, or Master)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Available for 5-6 months starting Feb–Mar 2027

Responsibilities

• Support in-store campaigns, activations and promotions across the Netherlands.
• Assist Field Sales with communication, coordination and operational support to deliver strong execution in stores.
• Prepare business updates, presentations and reviews for Field Sales leadership.
• Monitor and analyze retail data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Support data quality initiatives and help maintain reporting tools used to evaluate field performance.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Customer Development and external agency partners to implement key priorities.
• Assist with communication and rollout of major campaigns for field teams.
• Conduct store-level analyses to improve product visibility and shopper engagement.
• Support operational projects and administrative processes for Field Sales.
