Job summary

Unilever in Rotterdam offers a 5-6 month internship for students enrolled at a Dutch university (HBO, Bachelor’s 3rd/4th year, or Master’s). You’ll work on-site 2-3 days a week, with 32–40 hours per week, and contribute to developing communications materials and campaigns across multiple channels.

You'll gain exposure to diverse functions, receive on-the-job coaching, and build professional networks within Unilever. Internship includes learning, feedback, and a structured development plan.

Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of projects.
• Willingness to challenge yourself and contribute to impactful tasks.
• Current enrollment in a Dutch university (HBO or Bachelor/Master).

Responsibilities

• Create engaging internal/external communication materials (articles, newsletters, presentations, etc.).
• Support planning and execution of communication campaigns across channels.
• Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in communication approaches.
• Translate insights into audience-focused messages and recommendations.
• Support sustainability, reputation, transformation, and engagement initiatives.
