Job summary

Unilever in Rotterdam offers a Customer Development Internship designed to grow your commercial and analytical skills. You will support projects spanning category management, sales, and analytics while gaining hands-on experience in the FMCG sector.

Available for 5-6 months from February–March 2027, you’ll work on site 2-3 days per week, and receive a monthly internship allowance of €625, travel reimbursement, and wellbeing resources.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch university (HBO/Bachelor/Master) in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Willing to work on-site at the Rotterdam office 2–3 days a week.
• Commitment for 5–6 months starting February–March 2027 (min. 32 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of customer and category plans.
• Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Assist with promotional planning, activation execution and evaluations.
• Prepare customer meetings and business reviews with data-driven storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business priorities.
• Support projects focused on digital commerce and revenue growth initiatives.
• Help improve reporting tools and dashboards.
