Job summary

Unilever offers an internship in Rotterdam for 5-6 months, starting February–March 2027, requiring 32–40 hours per week. You will support customer and category plans, analyze performance data and assist with promotions, while gaining exposure to multiple functions across the business.

We seek a student enrolled in a Dutch university (HBO/Bachelor/Master) who is fluent in Dutch and English, eager to learn, and able to work on-site 2–3 days a week at the Rotterdam office.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at a Dutch university (HBO/Bachelor/Master).
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Willing to learn, take ownership and work on meaningful projects.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of customer and category plans.
• Analyze sales, market and category data for trends and insights.
• Assist with promotional planning, activation, and evaluations.
• Prepare customer meetings and business reviews with data-driven presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver priorities.
• Support digital commerce, customer engagement and revenue growth initiatives.
• Help improve reporting tools, dashboards and processes.
