Unilever's Customer Development Internship in Rotterdam invites enrolled Dutch university students to gain hands-on experience by supporting commercial plans, with close collaboration across Customer Development, Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Category teams. You will help turn strategies into in-market execution and learn how to drive growth across brands like Dove, Vaseline, and Rexona.

Formación
- Currently enrolled in a Dutch university (HBO, Bachelor 3rd/4th year, or Master)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Willing to work on site in Rotterdam
- Available for 5-6 months starting February-March 2027 (minimum 32-40 hours per week)
Responsabilidades
- Support the development and execution of customer and category growth plans across retail and commercial channels
- Assist with planning and implementation of promotional calendars to drive performance
- Analyze sales, promotional and category data to identify opportunities
- Coordinate activities with Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain and Finance teams
- Prepare commercial analyses and updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Support customer meetings, business reviews and operational account management activities
