Unilever invites motivated university students to join as a Customer Development Intern in Rotterdam. You will support customer partnership initiatives and help drive business growth across multiple channels while learning how FMCG, sales, and marketing collaborate to deliver commercial impact.

This 5–6 month internship requires you to be on-site 2-3 days per week, with an attractive €625 gross monthly allowance and travel reimbursement.

Competenze

• Fluent in Dutch and English required.
• Currently enrolled in a (HBO) Dutch university (Bachelor's, 3rd/4th year, or Master)
• Willing to commit to 5–6 months, 32–40 hours per week.

Mansioni

• Support Customer Development and cross-functional teams to drive growth across channels.
• Assist with planning, promotion execution, and commercial reporting for key accounts.
• Contribute to market, customer, and competitor analyses to identify opportunities.
