Job summary

Unilever invites a Field Sales & Trade Marketing Intern to support in-store execution of commercial plans across the Netherlands, including the Rotterdam office. You will work with Field Sales, Data & Operations and external partners to improve campaigns and day-to-day operations.

The role offers hands-on exposure to FMCG sales, collaboration across teams, and the chance to learn about how commercial strategies translate into in-store execution. On-site work 2–3 days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch university (HBO) or higher degree program.
• 5–6 months internship, 32–40 hours per week.
• Fluency in Dutch and English desired.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Sales with meeting prep, reporting and operations.
• Assist planning and communication of campaigns for field sales.
• Monitor retail execution and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support data quality initiatives and analytics from image tools.
• Prepare presentations and updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities with Field Sales and Trade Marketing.
