Job summary

Radio Holland in the Netherlands seeks a Project Manager to oversee multiple maritime projects from initiation through delivery and warranty, ensuring alignment with contracts, budgets, and safety standards. You will coordinate resources, stakeholders and progress, work with Sales Engineers, Service and other teams, and drive reliable project delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear communication and negotiation abilities.
Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects from initiation to delivery and warranty.
Plan and deliver projects on time and within budget per contracts and safety standards.
Develop and monitor project plans, assess risks, and report to stakeholders.
Assign team members based on required competencies.
Define material requirements and procure accordingly.
Maintain customer relationships and address issues promptly; conduct post-project evaluations.
