Job summary

Pathways in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large maritime transformation. Based in Rotterdam/Amsterdam, you will drive end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, aligning business processes, systems, people, and data to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and partner with executive stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes and technology. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex business transformation programs or large operational improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving business processes, digital solutions, organizational change, and data.
• Experience implementing PMS/EAM solutions within maritime or offshore industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation and system implementation programs from initiation through operational handover.
• Drive realization of the business case by aligning business processes, systems, people, and data.
• Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, simplify processes, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Ensure successful organizational adoption of new processes and technology.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, quality, and outcomes.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Establish governance, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, workshops, and project forums.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations while maintaining delivery momentum.
